Ready to Hang
My collectors are very happy to have received there piece well on time.
About my artwork:
This is an atmospheric, abstract landscape full of natural tones and warm, comforting golden hues. It's painted using quality, high pigmented and oils and glazes on a quality, 100% cotton canvas.
The beautiful and striking colors of the skies in Irving and my memories of the place is the inspiration for this artwork. It took long hours and many layers of glazes to get the point where it looks subtle yet powerful.
Signed on the back, painted on sides too, my paintings are securely packaged, insured and shipped to you
The artwork is varnished and unstretched. And ready to hang on wall upon framing.
This artwork is shipped from Mumbai (India )In cases of shipping to certain places where shipping charges are high I prefer to roll and send artworks.
My painting process includes initial sketches and working the color composition. Then I let myself free and let the painting take its form. I use various techniques to achieve desired results. Then I layer my paint over each previous layers . Create glazes.I let it stand for a few days on my wall and stop when my gut tells me that it's complete.
Thanks so much for taking an interest in my work.
I am Vandana mehta. I am Vango Artist originally from Mumbai, India. I have lived in Texas and California and greatly inspired by all the three places. The life, the people and the city draws me towards making art. My paintings are reflections of my nature, memory and emotions. My works are beautifully aesthetic, having an atmospheric feel and are admired. About me: Growing up in Mumbai, so close to the Sea, I was surrounded by beauty and inspiration. I have always been so mesmerized by the dramatic and ever-changing movement of light and Shadow that can so drastically change the natural landscape around me and my own emotions. I love to paint and I have a strong need to create. For me, there are so many different aspects to the creative process...one of those aspects is being Free in what I create and my biggest sources of inspiration is the sky, ocean and human emotions.
