Mixing the yellows of the forsythia and the greens of the eucalyptus in an antiqued vase I experimented with a dynamic orange background and felt spontaneity and subtleness within. Presently on exhibit.
Art and culture have always influenced Tracey throughout her life. Being a flight attendant for over 20 years she has experienced the sights, sounds and excitement of the world around us. She has been influenced greatly by her many travels abroad and by the countless world-renowned museums and galleries she has visited. Her education in oils was enhanced by studying with established artist E. Moorehouse. Tracey truly believes art comes from within and enjoys expressing the spontaneity and diversity of life in todays world. She currently resides in Millington, NJ with her husband and two sons, who happen to be her best critiques. Tracey is currently the featured solo artist exhibiting "Above and Beyond" at the House of Jawi. Notecards with her artwork are on display and for sale at Kreations by Ann and Gallery of Bliss. She was also the front cover artist in the April 2013 Edition of The Showcase Magazine. Giving back to the community is very important and she has contributed to "Paint Your Pain" Exhibit at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ for the last several years, raised funds through her art for the "Hurricane Sandy Relief Benefit Art Show" at St. Marks Church in Basking Ridge, NJ and donates her time to help building houses for Habitat for Humanity.
