Curator's Note: There is something so classic and charming about the New England coastline, especially with an iconic lighthouse as seen here.
The reason I chose the title for this piece it describes a unique island in the Penobscot Bay area of Maine.
I created this piece In May of 2015.
My inspiration in creating this piece is due to the way the colors in bright light are vibrant and full of energy.
