Ready to Hang
Painted in 2010 New York City. Exhibited in the Trans Art Gallery, Lower East Side. Plenty of the Mamba and Me series already sold, This one is still waiting for you!
This is a portrait of my littlest rescue dog Black Mamba, posing next to me. My first dog. My first american friend. As a young immigrant in NYC, I found her as my guide. And how different we are! But still the same...
I'm inspired by my immediate surroundings, basically I'm inspired by LIFE. I'm not afraid to show how I live or who I am. I'm open for you!
Hi. My name is Rita Bolla, and I was born in Budapest, Hungary. After receiving an MFA degree from the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts, I travelled and exhibited in several major cities in Europe and America. I moved to the United Stated in 2009, the choice I cherish ever since. I lived in New York City, Los Angeles, the mountains of San Bernardino, California, and recently moved Upstate New York, to the Hudson Valley area. I am looking for peace, searching for the secret symmetry within Zen and Chaos. When I'm not painting or thinking about painting, I love spending time with my family in nature, cook good food and take or teach yoga.
