Return Policy

It's our goal to make buying original art a truly enjoyable experience and we believe that this includes the fulfillment and return policy. We are confident that once you have the art from Vango in your home, you'll be happy. However, if you are not thrilled with your purchase, we will cover the cost of the return and provide you a full refund.

Requests for a refund of the purchase amount must be made within 7 days from the date your art was marked delivered by the carrier. All return requests should be sent to returns@vangoart.co with the subject line "Return Art" followed by order number (i.e. Return Art: 54363).

Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with the art. Once you contact us we will then issue you a prepaid USPS shipping label to affix to the box and ship from any USPS location. Items must be shipped via USPS within five days of receiving the pre-paid shipping label.

Damaged Deliveries

In the unfortunate event that your purchase has been damaged during transit, we will refund your purchase.

If you receive damaged art, please contact us within 5 days to rectify the situation. All damaged inquires should be sent to returns@vangoart.co with the subject line “Damaged Art” followed by the order number (i.e. Damaged Art: 23467), along with proof of damage via digital snapshot.
