My paintings reflect the beauty of life, love, and nature. I am drawn toward Abstract with large strokes and natural hues. I translate my work as a Deputy Coroner into my paintings as a way of remembering the beauty we see in our daily landscape. Life, like the pedal of a flower, is fragile yet can withstand a storm, much like our human existence. Simple pleasures are a notable inspiration.
This painting was inspired by a cool winter morning, the hint of color on the forefront represents new beginning is on the horizon.
