The reason I chose the title for this piece (insert reasoning)
I created this piece during a somber mood of mine. This piece is the result of a bittersweet moment in my life, the end of something as well as the beginning of something else.
My inspiration in creating this piece I wanted to create something subtle yet offering discrete emotion through the angles and shapes of the colors. I chose to also add a few areas of depth with the darker colors.
This piece is oil on canvas stretched over standard wood frame, with the addition of some painting mediums to lend to the flow of the paint. It is very smooth and subtle. I think it would be a great addition to any home or office space.
