While cycling home one evening I passed a small park in southeast Denver. I was never moved by this specific location before that evening, but as any artist knows, inspiration can come from anywhere, anytime. The beauty of the half-setting sun in the reflection of the pond surrounded by trees on the far side and small shrubbery on the near side struck me. I had to come back a few following evenings to create two impressionist style works and one small abstract piece.
I vary techniques and style and medium within my work regularly because so much inspires me every day, but I'll try to contain myself to at least a series of similar works for you before experimenting with new medium and technique. I have begun with some urban Modern Expressionism.which I think you'll enjoy. I can always create something previously seen here if anyone would like!
Hi everyone! My name is Patrick Dukovac. I am a Vango artist. All types of art and creation have been a part of my life from the beginning. After practicing for many years as a child and teenager, I graduated and went to war for some youthful naive reason. I have recently returned to this process of creation (along with aid work and philanthropic donation) to find peace and balance after my participation overseas. Thank you for visiting my portfolio and I hope you enjoy my work!
