I am intrigued by the aboriginal style of artwork and often my pieces are inspired by and incorporate aspects of it. The symbol of the snake often represents a creator deity in the Australian Aboriginal culture. This painting also has a beautiful texture as each of the concentric circles is made of slightly raised dots.

Staci works from her much loved home studio in the beautiful historic city of Saint Augustine. Although creating artwork is not currently her full time job, it is most certainly her full time passion. Being the daughter of an extremely talented artist mother, she was exposed to art and the creative process early on. Throughout her youth Staci expressed her creativity mainly through prose and photography, and more recently has expanded to jewelry making and painting. Her paintings often are inspired by the natural world around her but extend at times into the fanciful. She ranges from studies in monochromatic works to those which are filled with bright, bold colors. Her main mediums are acrylic and mixed media. Staci currently lives with her dog named Kat whose name further reflects her quirky playful spirit.
