Ready to Hang
I gave him my flower and for years , I stuck with him, because I didn't want to let go of my precious flower. Everything was going sour but I stayed.... I thought that things would change, perhaps he'd grow to love me more.... but in my heart, a part of me was afraid to release myself to the mercy of the world once more.
Alas, here I am. I finally let go of my precious flower, I am green like leafy plant without petals. I have descended from my thrown of being an owned. Clenching to myself , on my own , to the ground , I have fallen. But my land is green, fertile and plush. I am like a new seed ready to sprout. My tears will nourish the soil and I will grow. I will plant my roots and spread my tentacles, receiving life in ample embrace for my land is green.
