My name is Nayana, I am an artist in my mid 30's from Massachusetts. I have been an artist my entire life and attended Mass College of Art in Boston for fine art photography. After leaving school for economic hardship and general life struggles I began focusing more on painting. My first exhibition was in a group show in Edinburg Scotland when I was 14 years old. Since then I have participated in solo and group exhibitions all over the world including Spain, South Africa, Portugal, and many more. I have also been included in exhibitions both solo and group in cities and towns across the US including a large and lengthy solo exhibition in New York City. I was a finalist in an art competition in which I was awarded a period of time on a billboard in Times Square. I have written articles on art for several well respected publications and several lesser known. And recently I have survived a bone marrow transplant and am happy to say in remission from Leukemia. visit my website at nayanaarts.com
