This is one of my favorite comic book characters of all time. Richie Rich, the kid who was just super loaded and did whatever he wanted to do with his time. I imagine he would have no idea what chores were so I painted this classic image of him shoving money into a washing machine. I love the gold acrylic and the shine on this piece is amazing.
a 90's kid born in San Diego and at an early age I knew that I wanted to be an artist. I wanted to paint, sculpt, draw, design and pretty much do anything else that involved color and style. I fell into the graffiti scene in the mid 2000's and was overwhelmed with the culture. Adrenaline fueled my days and nights and I learned a great deal from my mentors along the way. I was eventually given my own alias and that name was NATRON. Natron, a shortened version of the term Natty Ronsta. Long story short people used to call me Ron (which isn't my name) and I was dubbed Natty Ronsta because of my love for the reggae culture, where they call people Natty because of their dreadlocks. I now do my work full time and have quit waiting tables, something i did for 10 years to pursue my dreams that I had when I was a kid. Thank you for dropping in and seeing my work, it doesn't go unnoticed. #NatronWasHere !!
