Drawn from Inspiration of the Tao:
Experience is a riverbed,
It's source hidden, forever flowing:
It's entrance, the root of the world,
The Way moves within it:
Draw upon it; it will not run dry.

I am truly a confused artist. I love whimsy as much as philosophical thought. My mind is going in a different directions most of the time. You will see both sides represented in my art. I am creating a series of paintings based on Taoism (also call Daoism), but take breaks and throw in some Mixed Media Expressionism. Or maybe it's the other way around!

Art comes to us in all fashions. It is truly everywhere you look. Whether occurring naturally in nature or by the hands of a child or adult. All you have to do it appreciate it.

When you surround yourself with Art that you love, your guests will feel more at home. Art will “get along” nicely with your other art, because YOU have brought them together. And your sofa doesn’t care what color matting it has.

I work in a variety of mediums, because I can’t make up my mind. I have too many ideas, and I'm constantly passing them on to other creatives that cross my path. My current obsession is Mixed Media canvas. But I'll paint a stick. I've gone from childhood doodling, to realist, and back to doodling. I love color, and painting is my happy place. When asked to paint my dark side, I painted a black canvas, then proceeded to put happy colors all over it. Live happy. Buy art that makes you happy.
