Our yard is bordered on the back edge with a lilac hedge- really a crazy thicket of habitat- and the birds love to hang out there. Our feeders are very busy places as a result. This was a totally engaging challenge to work with dark and light patterns and overlapping tangled branches. This is a richly layered drawing in graphite on sturdy rag paper, and will be shipped rolled in a 4" heavy mailing tube.
