I was visiting Italy for one of my art shows held in Florence and we were passing through this beautiful region of Northern Italy. This painting was inspired by the breathtakingly beautiful "Manarola" Italy, It is one of five tiny towns in a section of the Italian Riviera known as Cinque Terre. It was nothing like we had ever seen before, the colors of the picturesque homes are regulated by a color committee we were told. It was the perfect inspiration for my painting "Music Of Colors"

I'm a Contemporary artist from Portland, Oregon. Over the course of my art career I’ve used many different mediums, my personal favorite these days is textured Acrylics and alcohol Inks. I love the vivid, vibrant colors of Alcohol Inks. I’ve had incredible stories associated with my art and how people have related their personal experiences to it. Its the best feeling when your art can reach out to people and tell a story in one way or another. I get my inspiration from life experiences, friendships I hold dear to my heart and those who watch over me from the heavens above. I’ve been chosen to take part in prestigious Juried art shows in Barcelona, Florence and Bologna, Italy, Chelsea, New York, Solo Show in Cannon Beach, Oregon, as well as juried Contemporary Art shows in France, Oxford and Monte Carlo. All my paintings tell a story of love, compassion and relationships. My art is vibrant and alive with emotions I feel. I want people to be drawn to my art and have them find their own inspiration in the pieces that I create.
