With no real identity this painting is made to capture the captivating idea that the eyes are the gateway to the soul. Using a knife in an intense but systematic manor the artist intends on the audience capturing eye contact with the girl in the image and being drawn in from across a room. The head open and free to release any thoughts or ideas that come along.
"Everything has its wonders even darkness and silence and I learn whatever state I may be in therein to be content ." Helen Keller .
My name is Eric "Mobe" Bass. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Now, reside in beautiful Ormond Beach, Florida. I am 28 years old. I live with my beautiful wife Anna and our Boston terrier Otis. I have been a full time artist for 5years. Mostly, working on large scale murals and company commissions. Now that I am living by the beach and have some time, I want to focus my attention on my gallery works. I've worked really hard, day and night, to become the artist I am today. I am self taught, so I go the extra mile to impress.
