He can never have enough. He is never satisfied. Satisfaction feels like a distant memory. He wants the world in his hands. Some will live a whole lifetime never being proud of the life they have. Never having enough. Some will fade away always thinking and wishing they would have done more.
Life is precious. Be grateful for the life you choose. There is nothing greater than finding everything you need in life without spending a dime. Power is contentment, contentment is not settling for less but being grateful for what you have.

The man painted is done in oil paint using a technique to portray a vintage photograph. The lettering is done in enamel to give it a 3d feel with the hi gloss black on the satin background.

"Everything has its wonders even darkness and silence and I learn whatever state I may be in therein to be content ." Helen Keller . For me painting a somber image can alleviate a situation .The process puts my anguish into the open and out of the obscurity .The techniques used are intense and powerful at the same time meticulous and systematic.A certain proficiency is used. My work merges sinister or nefarious ideas and lovable, lighthearted conviction.

My name is Eric "Mobe" Bass. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Now, reside in beautiful Ormond Beach, Florida. I am 28 years old. I live with my beautiful wife Anna and our Boston terrier Otis. I have been a full time artist for 5years. Mostly, working on large scale murals and company commissions. Now that I am living by the beach and have some time, I want to focus my attention on my gallery works. I've worked really hard, day and night, to become the artist I am today. I am self taught, so I go the extra mile to impress.
