Winter in the Northwest is dreary and causes a shift in energy and even joy. So i wanted to paint something bright and happy. I always smile at clips and pictures of baby elephants, and combined with the bright, vibrant colors this painting effects me just so. It is a piece you can not help but keep looking at. I always find something new within it that of itself is beautiful. Bold, bright, and most certainly it is the elephant in the room. Only everyone will talk about it.
My life has been a paradox. Small town Wyoming girl. Work as an electrician, but love to make music and art. Ive lived a handful a places and currently reside in the Pacific Northwest. I hate having to write a biography, lol. If u met me i may appear dispassionate or more logical than emotional. So i love how my hands seem to translate what i feel, what inspires me or what my soul craves. There are no rules, no lines unless i choose them. It is the freedom to be both master and pupil.
