Seattle native Matt LaCross has a very unique and original style, creating images from a continuous line of ink. Deceptive simplicity is a description used when describing the art of continuous line ink drawings. The original image is created when the pen touches the paper, and is never lifted until the image has been finished, and then the fill is completed
The idea behind this deceptively simplistic style, is that the images are created from a single thought, one consistent flow of ink, with no sketches. This makes each piece a true one of a kind image. It takes years of dedication and training to create an image using this technique. You will never see another image exactly like the images you are viewing now, as the continuous line drawings are unable to replicate.
The images you see come from the mind of a highly creative individual who has spent years traveling the world, driving exotic vehicles, and pushing the limits of individual sports.
