Ready to Hang
I created this piece while in Florida, the fall of 2012 after opening heart surgery. Painting was something I could do that was not strenuous.. I love any kind of wild life and purchased this photo from a wild life photographer. I feel white egrets are so stately and beautiful and hoped to get that across to the viewer.
My name is Mary Ann Blosser. I am a Vango artist. Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I am a self made artist, I did receive art award when I graduated from high school and did get some training at Kendall School of Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan where I majored in Interior Design. I got serious about painting when my last daughter graduated from high school, (empty nest ) I started painting on my own and taking various painting workshops in watercolor and acrylics. I was always told to loosen up and finally I decided that is not me, I love detail and nature, The perfection in a flower or the detail in feathers just makes me thank the Lord for his creations. We have such a beautiful world to live in and I want people to see it like I do.
