This art piece is one in a series I titled " popular conflict" . What I aim to accomplish with this art work is to make something better from something so off putting as the growing popularity of purposely witnessing street violence, war, and conflict in general for amusement.
I try to be both participant and observer in the creative process and at the same time I'm trying to connect with something beyond myself through creativity . I don't see this as an activity but rather a path. I'm a firm believer that a human being can only be His/her authentic self during the creative process.
