Picolinos Cone 2010 16x20x1.5 acrylic on canvas
No need to frame it because I've painted the sides and it's wired and ready to hang.
I've seen these larger than life forms of advertising on older buildings around Seattle. Who doesn't love ice cream? This cone is from Picolionos, a well liked eatery in Ballard.
My hope is that my work is not only seen by you but also felt. If my paintings evoke a feeling, emotion, memory or simple smile, I've accomplished what I started out to do.

I truly love to paint because it feeds my soul. Self taught, and feeling little restraint, I paint in various styles, from my own perspective. The accuracy of my paintings originates from years of working on scale models. I prefer to paint in acrylic for certain subjects but do like the feel of oil and canvas. Currently I live and paint in Ballard, a young, hip district of Seattle Washington. A lot of revitalization has happened in the last decade. I find it easy to tap into the energy.
