Inspired by the creative process, ecstasy was born from bright colors and the flowing of neon colors to depict happiness. A mixture of bright pinks and darker greens it is a reminder that the artistic process is experimentation.
Lina Estrada is an abstract and mixed media painter who lives in West New York, NJ. Born in Queens, New York in 1992, she moved to West New York, New Jersey a predominantly Spanish town when she was five years old. She attended college and received her B.A. in English Literature from Drew University in 2014. A poet and journalist, she was a staff writer for The Acorn for the Life and Arts section for two years before becoming News Editor. Many of her artworks reflect themes and everyday issues that she often wrote about in the newspaper. Inspired and influenced by the contemporary artists before her like Wassily Kandinsky, Willem de Kooning, and Rudolf Bauer just to name a few. Thank You!
