Eridanus is a piece belonging to the constellation series, which is an ongoing dedication to the stars and the inspiration they have always provided me. The yellow tone is reminiscent of a very personal attachment to the idea of rivers and the color yellow itself. This piece moves away from my style of usually having a white background. It is the evolution of my work and the ideas that create it.

My work is an exploration of events relative to life, both my own and those of the collective human experience. My work is minimalist because of its abundance of space, whether in white or other colors. It is a mixture of Pointillism, Surrealism, and even Abstract-Expressionism. Every piece begins with a title, hence my belief that everything in life needs a name. I relinquish all control and allow my abstract lines and points to materialize into scenes or characters to create a theme or stories for the audience. My reality is that art is a subjective experience, where my story will possibly never match yours except for when we meet in embracing and experiencing the piece itself. Art is an innate genius in all of us, in any medium available. It is meant to be experienced in our own way, at our own time, and certainly our own space. As an artist I relinquish all in creating the piece, and remain a spectator to the experience of the audience.

My name is Lillian Moya. I am a Vango artist. Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I am a painter, I draw, I sculpt, and do mixed media work. I have been on and off the art market for some time now. I find that art has always been this very niche and exclusive group, where I felt only certain people were allowed into the audience. I refused to believe that, and disliked the silos we were each being placed in, and so I left the public art world and worked on other endeavors while keeping my art to myself. I have come back, and do hope that more and more collectors begin to appear. It would be my pleasure to be a part of that new reality.
