Developing out of the reconciliations of emotional, mental, and physical ailments from other series presented, peacefulness and calmness take center stage. Equated to the caterpillar’s metamorphosis to a butterfly, my in-depth inquiries into my personal catharsis has transitioned into a beautiful state of acceptance and peace, erected upon years of anxiety and languish.
The usage of the imagery of mountains, both abstract and illustrative, arose at a time of new beginnings, as my family and myself found new life in a new town amidst beautiful mountains. These mountains, I realized, gave me a sense of peace and tranquility, much in the same light as a person hikes through the mountains and attains a sense of balance with nature and themselves. The voyage an individual undertakes through this enlightened trek is the same journey that I have taken with reconciling past ailments of my own and of others, to reach a far progressive and more balanced conclusion at the end.
