I have been painting all my life. I attended art school in Pasadena. I then traveled to Europe and studied faux boix, (wood) faux marble and Trompe L'oiel. I have worked for interior designers all over the country. I now have come off the ladder and am exploring Plein air and studio painting. I am a member of the Plein air painters of Hawaii. I paint with Univeristy of Hawaiis Plein air painter Mark Brown. I travel between Hawaii and Mammoth Lakes, California. I am actively teaching art through the Mono Council of the Arts, in the Eastern Sierras. My newest passion is portraits and figures. Over the past ten years, I have done 5 art shows.
