The Loom
24 x24 “ with .75” sides

The Loom was created with the image of someone weaving a blanket in mind. As always it is in the eye of the beholder what you see and feel. It could also be a crisp fall day, with a red forest by cool waters. Either way, the colors truly complement each other with dark red, turquoise and yellow. It is painted with acrylics on canvas, and the sides have the same paint colors on them. It comes ready to hang, unless you wish to frame

My art is inspired by the beauty that surrounds me living in East Texas. Each day there is something beautiful to look at that leads me to create. I am not limiting my art mediums, as the idea of each piece is unique, from acrylic, to oil, to sand to copper. I tend to do more abstract, but am also enjoying the details of landscape and still life.

There is nothing more interesting to me than viewing another artists work and seeing the images that only I saw in it come out and I hope that you can also enjoy that in my work.
