See The Light II, is inspired by a photograph by Giulio Bernardi, who is an amazing photographer in Italy. He granted me permission to paint this based on an inspirational photo he took, "See The Light", from a church he visited in France. This is a large 36 x 48” painting that has stone texture. The sides are also textureized and painted to so you see stone wrapping around the edges. I also painted a smaller version (24 x 36”) that shows the stained glass window color and design; however the large one gives a different emotion of truly wanting to know what lies beyond the room through the window. A doorway to heaven? A window of hope?

There is nothing more interesting to me than viewing another artists work and seeing the images that only I saw in it come out and I hope that you can also enjoy that in my work.
