Using colorful backgrounds and abstract markings in mixed media, Joshua paintings are strongly influenced by the abstract of the human body and deal with topics such as beauty, technology, society and plastic surgery. "I always been attracted to European sculptures growing up but as I got older I became more intrigued by the headless or limbless sculptures because they always seemed to have more personality to me, making me wanting to question and explore the human body."
Joshua B Huitz is an emerging Painter and Photographer based out of New York, photographing mainly Street Photography, Fine Art and Landscapes. Huitz captures everyday life and presents it in an unique fashion strongly influenced by the texture of film, cinema and art. Joshua paints mostly abstract and surrealism that are greatly inspired by Roman sculptures, the human body and geometry shapes.
