This mixed media piece combines color and line to create an abstract firey composition. I started with wet-on-wet washes of watercolor to allow subtle bleeding within the colors. I then pulled out significant organic lines, adding movement, with layers of paint and ink. Splatters and sprays were added to highlight certain areas and add contrast to others.
