This painting captures the simple beauty and elegance of one of nature’s most reproduced marine creatures in contemporary art, the coy fish. Often seen as a symbol of aspiration and advancement, this painting expresses strength through perseverance in adversity and the determination to overcome obstacles. It represents achieving one’s goals and moving forward regardless of one’s circumstances. “Your past does not decide your future, it merely determines where you start.” - Anonymous
No need to frame! The color wraps around the edges of the back-stapled canvas and hanging hardware is already in place.

She enjoys traveling and draws a lot of inspiration from places she visits and artists she encounters. When she's not painting or teaching, she is spending time with her husband and one-year old son.
