My process begins by getting inspired by a pose, costume, gesture or model. This gets me started to draw and lay out my composition and movement on the page. Once I get that on paper, I then begin adding color or a light wash to keep my light source. As I usually work from live models, I have to work fast to capture the gesture or attitude of the model.
I love drawing and painting the human form and always am amazed at how it turns out!

My name is Jacqueline Wazir. I am a Costume/ Fashion Illustrator, working over 20 years in the Film and TV Industry and love drawing people! My work is inspired by the human body and the infinite ways of drawing and painting the body. I am continually working on various ways to express on paper and canvas my interpretation of people and poses in my style. Thank you for visiting my page.
