This 8 layer stencil is the largest stencil painting I have done so far and was the hardest to design. This piece uses a large amount of islands and color layering to show that my stenciling technique can be used for and subject, not just faces. The eye flows easily from the tree to the clouds to the foreground, and gives off a very calm mood.
My name is Jack Sigler. Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I am an 18 year old living in Maryland, but originally from Alaska. I've been drawing all my life and I'm now starting to share my art with others. I love working in pencil, colored pencil, acrylic, and spraypaint stenciling. I do mostly landscapes of large and dynamic scenes. I paint the sides of all of my canvases black or white, they do not need to be framed.
