I am here, I am now and I create!
Can you describe yourself in just one sentence? Could you include those important details that give the viewer the ride they desire? From fabrications to fallacies with their properly placed boastful strategies our appearance can shine! Or maybe your outside is what you chose to hide as you portray your success from battles no less than the best. Your position is a possession as your title gains quota placing your obsession with interests gaining the twenty percent down. I could speak of my origin, or tell tales of my victories, but in all honesty I am what you see. If your sentence defines your being than I would give you a read. But until your vowels are scribed and your rhetoric learns to bribe, I'll deliver this sentence even if it's obscene and seen a crime.... I am here, I am now, and I create!
J. Ethan Hopper was born in 1989 in Omaha, Nebraska. His family soon moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was raised and educated. His interest in art showed early, as his 6th grade art instructor recognized him as a prodigy, even at that early age. Along with high school instructor and mentor, Micheal Jones, his talent blossomed. He produced work in painting, drawing, and sculpture and along with classmate Victoria Brady he produced a large painting of the city of Tulsa reflected in the Arkansas River, winning best of show in Tulsa’s Mayfest Student Gallery, in 2008. After studying with Nathan Opp at the esteemed Oral Roberts University, Ethan continued his creative work, and exhibited in several shows, most notably a one man mixed media exhibit called “The Choices of Inner Conflict”, a two-man exhibit with Micheal Jones, called “The Outside of Language”, and several juried OVAC Momentum exhibits. Ethan now resides and works in his studio in Dallas, Texas.
