Computers have changed -- are changing -- will continue to change the world we live in in profound ways. My 'CircuitScape' paintings present computer circuitboards as urban and industrial landscapes. They are a subtle way of symbolizing the beauty and power of the changing world all around us.

I work in a variety of scales. This piece is from my smallest sized format. The 2"x3" panels are framed in a black floater frame. They are equally as beautiful hanging on a wall or free-standing on a bookshelf or display table.

Glen Kessler has an MFA from The New York Academy of Art and a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art. He has taught painting and drawing at the university level for nearly 20 years. In 2013 he founded The Compass Atelier, a school focussed on teaching traditional skill for use in the service of contemporary painting. Kessler's artwork is in the public collections of Prince Charles, Capital One Bank, Amazon Web Services, Ford's Theater, among others, and countless private collections around the world. His work has been featured in 'Professional Artist Magazine' and 'The Artist's Magazine.'
