This is one of my Geometric Spectrum series pieces. (3 of 6)
This piece is the most modern of all of the Geometric Spectrum Series. I wanted to create two overlapping pattern with a touch of every color. It is called Collide simply because all shapes are working together very closely and yet they share all their lines with the neighbors next to the. I created this piece after people watching at my favorite coffee shop in Fort Lauderdale. We all may be strangers but we are all connected, and that itself is beautiful to me. Like people, each color colliding.
This is a watercolor paper piece mounted onto a wood panel. I refuse to put watercolor artwork behind glass as it would lose quality. So this piece is mounted onto a wood panel and sprayed coated for protection. No frames needed.
Logan Gioello's ability is a combination of fine and performing art. His medium consists of oil and watercolor paintings all the way to fully body painted performers to represent the category of performing art (Performing Arts can only be seen on videos or galleries). Born and raised in both Fort Lauderdale, Florida and in the burg of Manhattan, New York; he has adapted unique ways to present his identity and works. Logan has also been painting since he was four years old and raised by painters as well. Everyday emotions and experiences are his primary inspiration that he convey with colors into his works. The audience members are Logan's storytellers, he just play the part. Love, color, passion, storytelling, metaphors, and performing arts, is his addiction. In Logan's spare time, he just spend it with his baby girl who is his dog. Luna.
