Ready to Hang
All original painted. Colorful Raindrops of Watercolor - I used very bright water color on this. A myriad of beautiful colors. I then used an image transfer of a halftone photo exactly prepared. The result is perfectly imperfect.
This is a striking image. The added twist with watercolor droplets on gallery canvas looks timeless. The gallery stretched canvas has 1.5 painted black edges. The painting is lightly varnished to seal and protect for years to come. It arrives ready to hang. The art is signed and dated on the back Robert E. Rod 2016 and includes a Certificate of Authenticity and a letter of appreciation for the buyer of this beautiful piece. Thank you for looking at my art. ----------

Robert Erod. Abstract Paintings, Portraits and Design... The artist personal statement: "I put a lot of thought and emotion into everything I create, that is me. The canvas is home to me. I enjoy all aspects about art, design and color. Working on large surfaces gives me complete freedom to explore" The paintings invoke an emotional response yet the soothing colors appeal to the higher senses. I enjoy color, design, structure and color married together with harmony and balance. I feel color creates peace and harmony in the heart and home.
