When creating an art piece, there is first the unknown of where I will go with my colors, then there is what appears to be chaos in the fusion, and at last there is resolution, settlement and peace. Every artwork is a process of pure joy.
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and with my artwork I have the added joy of making it. A deep yearning for freedom drives me to create. By conforming to the art already in nature, I trace the Creator’s finger prints and discover answers for my curiosity.
Canyon Rush reminds me of the Slot Canyon, was an interesting painting journey as I pushed the colors on slightly textured surface without know where and how it might turn out. I painted all the edges with continual colors. The painting was coated with semi-gloss varnish for protection, tightly strung on the back which allows you to hang it vertically or horizontally.
EnChuen Soo, a Malaysian artist who resides in the The State following her international romance and became a full time working artist since then. Recently, she has been excelling herself in Pollack style in the series of desert wildflowers and developed her own uniqueness on her composition. Other than that, she also adding new artworks in the series of waves/clouds using the technique of pouring fluid acrylic on textured surface. She said, "Art is my life long affair and it is a great venue of escape from many negative things happened in my life and it is also an amusement venue for me to find joy of success, knowledge and wisdom.
