The title is inspired by what my autistic son says to me every time I ask him how his school day was. A mixed media exploration; the circle in the left-hand corner is made of plastic canvas with woven plastic shopping bags. The shapes, colors and texture create an abstract landscape that one could get lost in.

Elizabeth Porcel was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She studied at the Pratt Institute, completed an AAS in Mortuary Science at Nassau Community College and completed her BFA (summa cum laude) in painting at Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. It is through this unusual culmination of experience where Porcel draws her inspiration. . Her work utilizes the process of painting as a means of deconstruction, examination and meditation of the subject often-referencing scientific data, craft and the domestic. She has exhibited nationally and lives and works in the greater Atlanta area.
