Ready to Hang

Another painting whereby the title just really says it all for me. I love the color combination in this piece as it somehow came together perfectly even though it might not make sense to put together this palette. Again so many layers upon layers there is a discovery to be made each time you view. Would look gorgeous with a black or blonde wood shadow box frame however great to hang as is with the sides painted in a smooth off white.

Hi everybody as of Friday 7th July, 2017 I have been living in Los Angeles for about 12 years and recently decided to move back to Australia where I am originally from. I will upload new pieces asap and I do plan on returning to the USA eventually. In the meantime thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to all of my buyers over the past few years. It has been incredible. Vango is the best!! Here is a little about me; Elizabeth as been painting for many years now and her bold colorful art can be seen hanging in homes and offices all over the world. Originally from Australia and now based in Los Angeles, Elizabeth aims to create art which decorates a space and most importantly gives the viewer a memorable experience. Each painting shares her life expressed on to the canvas with emotion and passion through layers and layers of texture. Elizabeth has found that painting can be an arduous yet worthwhile mental process and is inspired by simply seeing a certain color combination and with urgency begins a new piece. From there the paint is moved around the open canvas and evolves as she is lost in that space and is never more elated than stepping back and knowing that magic has occurred and the piece is ready to share. Art is what Elizabeth needs so as to breathe and painting weaves its way in to her every living moment.
