Ready to Hang
I think this painting is my new favorite piece and I am excited to share it. It has so much life and brightness with a luminous soft energy to it however is also really edgy at the same time. The textures are very thick and stick out in a gorgeous way. The canvas is stretched on to a 3/4" depth wood frame so I really need the person who falls in love and wants to own this special painting that it ideally needs to be shadow box framed. I recommend taking it to your local framer as there are many well priced options these days and won't cost too much for a 40x30 shadow box. However note the sides are painted white so If you choose to hang it as is of course that is absolutely fine I just like the buyer to be clearly aware that it is on a thin depth profile canvas wooden frame. Please let me know any further questions. Thank you.
Hi everybody as of Friday 7th July, 2017 I have been living in Los Angeles for about 12 years and recently decided to move back to Australia where I am originally from. I will upload new pieces asap and I do plan on returning to the USA eventually. In the meantime thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to all of my buyers over the past few years. It has been incredible. Vango is the best!! Here is a little about me; Elizabeth as been painting for many years now and her bold colorful art can be seen hanging in homes and offices all over the world. Originally from Australia and now based in Los Angeles, Elizabeth aims to create art which decorates a space and most importantly gives the viewer a memorable experience. Each painting shares her life expressed on to the canvas with emotion and passion through layers and layers of texture. Elizabeth has found that painting can be an arduous yet worthwhile mental process and is inspired by simply seeing a certain color combination and with urgency begins a new piece. From there the paint is moved around the open canvas and evolves as she is lost in that space and is never more elated than stepping back and knowing that magic has occurred and the piece is ready to share. Art is what Elizabeth needs so as to breathe and painting weaves its way in to her every living moment. Selected Exhibitions: Gus Harper Studios Venice, USA, 2011 The Prince Melbourne, Australia, 2005
