I've always been influenced by the notion of creation through destruction or destroying something to create something new.
This is the nature of Graffiti and to destroy means to create something new in graffiti culture.
Being heavily influenced by Graffiti and Architecture and infrastructure of large cities and understanding that nothing lasts forever and that Mother Nature can take years of development/creation and destroy it in a matter of seconds and force mankind to rethink and redevelop urban environments became a very real notion to me after the Christchurch earthquakes and living in California I am constantly reminded of the very possible chance of this happening.
So from destruction always comes creation and the renewal of the environments we live in and vice versa , everything comes full circle and is constantly deconstructing and re evolving as a result.
