“KUN FAYAKUN” (كُنْ فَيَكُونُ) (Read as “kun fayakoon) is an Arabic phrase that appears in Qur’an Majeed. It means “Be, and it is”. It appears at eight different places. If we consider these words separately, then the word “KUN” (only) has been appeared two times and the word “FAYAKUN” (only) has been used one time in Quran Majeed. Out of the eight aya, the phrase “KUN FAYAKUN” has been used at the end of aya in seven aya while in one aya (Sura Al-An’aam, Sura # 6, Aya # 73)
