Pieces are printed sections of my original acrylic paintings. The high pigment dye is infused directly into specially coated aluminum sheets, and then mounted with a 1/4' clear acrylic face for ultra clarity and pop!
The benefits of printing on metal is entirely unique to the medium. The resolution, and detail are unsurpassed, and it gives a unbelievable luminescence, and holographic effect to the image. Colors are vibrant and the luminescence is breathtaking.
*Stainless Steel Posts (5/8') come in a set of four pieces requiring to be secured into the wall. The result is ultra modern and sleek.*
Cameron E. Gerhold is an American neo-classical composer, contemporary artist and photographer. Born on May 3rd, 1987 in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. The area’s geography, beaches, plants, flowers, and insects served as sources of inspiration in all his artistic ventures. His bold use of colors, textures, and patterns is often psychedelic in a refreshing, invigorating, and engaging way. His visual art is divided into three media; First are digital photographs (usually of flowers or nature) which are then manipulated beyond recognition. Second, are original acrylic mixed media paintings. Third, beginning with his original acrylic mixed media paintings, he then uses macro photography on them, and further edits the image to be printed using a high pigment dye infused directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. In 2006 he moved to Seattle to study composition and ethnomusicology at the University of Washington, specializing in the Gamelan of Indonesia for graduation in 2012. He has composed an assortment of musical works for piano, small ensembles, orchestra, and wind bands. Various works have been performed by musicians in all parts of the world. He has since moved to San Francisco, where he continues to focus on his artistic career. CEGART.COM
