My work often centers around my experiences as a mother of four young children. My work centers on interior spaces, both real and imagined. The half-circle shape reoccurs in my work. I think of this often as a person, a child, myself. These shapes move in and out of the picture plane, change orientation, and re-clothe themselves in different colors and patterns.
