Ready to Hang

The idea of the piece is of someone who is in constant motion with emotionally, or physically, they're always changing. Or at least it feels that way, like your not always meeting the same person every time. The reason I chose the picture of my friend I used was cause the look in her eyes is the look of someone at the threshold of transformation.

I am primarily a self taught artist, drawing as long as I could remember, which really isn't saying much. For the most part the only formal or what I consider formal training I've had was my last two of high school, and my years at school going to San Antonio College. Being part of the Graphic and Fine Arts program really just help me develop everything a little more. After school, I pretty much went back to basics and did everything in my sketch books. Eventually I picked up airbrushing again and started adding in watercolor and have been doing it since then.
