This piece is a sort of social commentary on religion. The human race lives for religion and fights for religion. In reality, all we hold dear was launched by the innocent taste of forbidden fruit.
My name is Ariel Kohn, and I am a collage artist based out of Brooklyn, NYC. I think of collage as a form of poetry- using imagery that is familiar and breathing new life into it. Through collage, I try to reshape our perspective on reality, humanism and emotion, and to express visually what often cannot be expressed through written word.
