Ready to Hang
After periods of necessary participation in the affairs of modern society, comes a time when one says I’m done, I’m tired, I don’t want it anymore, and I’m ready to leave. Then, whoever the main player is, sends a little rejuvenating machine, that looks like a light spiral and sounds like a warm ocean, which sends a stream of energy to recharge a drained soul. The recharging process takes several minutes, and feels like being washed with the warm and loving wind. The received energy is abundant and could be shared with others, so everyone has a chance to get through that obstacle course called life.
Anita Zotkina was born in Odessa, USSR in 1971. She was introduced to art by her parents who were art-lovers, and who provided art supplies and encouraged her to paint at a very young age. She became a full time artist when she was 18. Her paintings were sold at the Odessa City Garden as well as various galleries. At the age of 27 she immigrated to New England, US and where she continued her artistic career. Anita doesn’t focus on one subject or on one medium. Things come in waves for her, and her art expresses stages of her inner world. She never knows what she will believe tomorrow and what will be her next venture. She gets inspired by everything: people, wine, Europe, music, radio-shows, books and etc. Recently the YouTube channel became her greatest inspiration. That is where she learned about Peter Joseph and Zeitgeist movement, Dr. Greer and extraterrestrial visitors, Guy McPherson and abrupt climate change, and many other fascinating things. She wants the viewers of her art to concentrate on their thoughts and feelings, to think about dinosaurs (i.e. they were once a very important part of the Earth and now they are gone), be in peace and love the universe.
