Jackson Pollack–chuckles as I would affectionately call him–and I would get blotto every Thursday night and play checkers out in the field behind his barn. Although, this often de-evolved into shouting swedish proverbs at livestock and painting our feet and walking into town barefoot, then acting out ill-remembered Shakespeare scenes between ourselves, light posts, and hapless passersby.
