Ready to Hang

2-Piece Metaphysical Healing Diptych with Sunstone & Mother of Pearl.
When hung in the home Sunstone creates abundance. The energies encourage independence and originality, is inspirational in revealing talents, and attracts unexpected prosperity. These pieces also provide a source of strength if you are dependent on others emotionally, or have suffered the sudden loss of a partner. Being surrounded by sunstone helps alleviate fearfulness and stress, and protects against those who drain your energies or finances. It is also an excellent crystal for phobia sufferers to ease fear of the dark, enclosed places, or the presence of other triggers.

Created With the radiance of the sun and the fire of the solar ray, Sunstones carry the energy of Ra, the sun god, whose energy brings all potential life from within the Earth. It is a Stone of Leadership - of personal power, freedom, and expanded consciousness. Truly reflecting the qualities of Light, it brings openness, benevolence and warmth, strength, mental clarity, and the willingness and ability to bestow blessings upon others.

Known as a joyful stone, Sunstone inspires the nurturing of self in order to be of service to others. It restores the enjoyment of life, good nature and provides a sense of abundance.

Varnished with a semi gloss finish, sides are dark brown and staple free. The canvas is thick modern 1.5" deep contemporary gallery wrap.

Holly Anderson is a self-trained, contemporary abstract painter who currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. While Holly has been creating art in various forms throughout her life it was not until March of 2011 after recovering from several surgeries due to her debilitating muscular skeletal disease, that she started creating art on a full-time basis. Her work is exhibited via solo exhibition monthly, In several established on-line galleries and featured in private and public collections worldwide. Holly is known as real, natural artist. She has an intuitive mind and eye when it comes to materials, color and form that borders on the spiritual. In each of her pieces you will find composition, abstraction, organic movement, emotion, fluency, texture and light. Most of her paintings and ideas are inspired by yoga, Internal Arts, human emotion, water, and theories of astronomer, astrophysicist, cosmologist & author, Carl Sagan. In just under a year, over 200 original paintings had been created and sold by the artist herself. Pursuing her passion for knowledge & healing Holly started teaching art workshops and collaborating with other creative professionals. Next she spearheaded a community mural project, assumed the role as Artistic Director for AZ Culture & as a contributing artist on Houzz, won BEST OF HOUZZ 2014-2017. Holly took on multiple projects over the next year with designers creating large scale custom paintings for collectors and series of artwork for commercial firms. Not sure what to do or how to grow next Holly took a year to collaborate with others. such as photographer and architect Luis A. Salazar, Renowned sculptor and Painter Rafael Navarro, Designer Jayme Blue, and up and coming mixed media artists Pato Aguilar, Jessica Speer & Heather Freitas. Many of these collaborative works have been published in magazines, news specials and more. When Holly is not painting she spends her free time volunteering with rescue animals at the Arizona Humane Society, teaches art workshops, enjoys the outdoors and playing instruments. PERSONAL ARTIST STATEMENT People always ask me "what is this"? at my art shows. I have to laugh of course and explain that each piece is truly an escape as i love to experiment with texture, color and really get my hands dirty!. I paint with non-traditional objects and my bare hands. I never know what the finished product is going to look like, i don’t have any expectations. As an artist, I feel the need to keep exploring, searching, and learning new techniques. You will notice my work takes on many different styles (or moods). Ambiguity is important to me, a lot of my work features multiple meanings, colors and/or symbolism that promotes healing or inspiration. There IS a story behind each piece, so don't hesitate to ask ! ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: To learn more, shoot me an email at: andersonmodernart@gmail ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: CLIENTS ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Marriott Paramount Pictures Eaton Fine Art Eddie V's Edgewater Condiminiums ESPN FOX Phoenician Scottsdale Resort Public Imagery Strasburger & Price LLP Sutra Midtown Yoga TaylenLane publishing the Art Makery Vali House
